New trainings dates will be announced soon.
This week, Turkey was hit by an earthquake. The country is in a lot of pain and its citizens are needlessly suffering. damaged houses are everywhere, buildings have collapsed, and people are left homeless, until today and even after 3 days after the catastrophe, people are still stuck under the rubble of their houses. Many losses are recorded and many are still missing, people are looking for their families everywhere, some of them lost all their members and the pain is unmeasurable. We are sad to share this news about Turkey and know that the death toll will rise in the coming days as more victims are found among the debris and rescuers search through the remains of buildings and homes.
People who stay outside their homes day and night are seeking every kind of help, they need clothes, food, water and medical help as much as they can get it. Families have lost everything they had and are praying they will find them alive tomorrow; it is a very emotional time and many people need our help, prayers and every kind of support.
Fortunately, many organizations around the country as well as the whole world are sending help and donating non-stop trying to relieve as much pain as possible. The earthquake has caused nothing but misery and pain to the whole population. Not only did the people suffer from the damage caused by the earthquake but also the whole country feels terrible a lot due to such a painful event, nobody is no longer able to carry on with their usual life. The fear that another quake might happen at any time in other places is keeping the whole nation so overwhelmed.
For these reasons, it’s with a heavy heart, deep sorrow and grief over our victims from the tragic disaster that happened and still happening in Turkey currently that we have to announce the postponement of our onsite training dates that were planned to be done in Istanbul in February and march. We want to reassure you that the training will still take place in Istanbul and the new dates are going to be announced later and all essential materials will be sent accordingly. We would like to extend our condolences to our Turkish community in this difficult time and hope to see all of you very soon. We look forward to having you in our next event.
